Space, space and more space. Why cram your group into a smaller rental when you can have all this!

Only other home nearby is the care taker’s house (family’s house) right next door - very convenient should our guests need any assistance, but allows for our guests’ privacy.

This home has a large first floor master bedroom with a cozy nursery area along with train and dress up play for our tiniest guests. The master boasts a large ensuite bathroom with heated jacuzzi tub along with a dual shower head shower room. The master bed faces french doors with views of the country and access leading to the massive oversized covered deck. Additionally on the first floor is a guest room complete with its own nursery area as well and an attached bathroom with two entrances. Both rooms are equipped with queen beds. The entire upstairs consists of 2 bedrooms both actually larger than the downstairs rooms with their own bathrooms as well. One room has 2 double beds, writing desk, and a makeup vanity and nursery area. This room still has more space available. The second upstairs bedroom consists of a double bed along with a single, and a few cozy reading nooks and a doll house, and play kitchen available for any "Little's" in the house for play time. The bonus room (5th bedroom) over the garage comes with its own seating area and a double bed and futon for additional sleeping quarters.
The fully stocked gourmet kitchen is complete with custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The countertop bar seats 6 and flows into the dining area with an additional seating for 10. The open concept first floor continues into the living room with multiple seating and lounging options.
Feeling energetic, knock out a quick workout in the home gym equipped with commercial elliptical machine and weights located adjacent to the garage and just off the master bedroom.
Need to relax after a long day at Busch Gardens, Water Country USA or Colonial Williamsburg then just retire to the enormous covered back deck that overlooks the woods and crops in the field. The huge deck is equipped with dual ceiling fans, speakers, an oversized 7 burner Jenn-Air stainless steel gas grill, seating and dining options for all guests, a fire table for your enjoyment on those cool nights and yet still room to spare! The covered back deck has been a VRBO's fan favorite for morning coffee, family gatherings, wedding anniversaries, birthday celebrations and even Yoga Class.
We have felt extremely blessed to host our many large families in the past two years with plenty of room for multiple generations. We have helped reunite families, celebrate 60 years of wedlock, a 90th birthday, college graduations, work retreats, and even provided our house to an advertising agency to produce commercial media and print material. The response has been overwhelming and we sincerely thank you for considering our home.

Due to the nature of our property with free range birds, we are unable to accommodate service/ esa animals.

Inviting Family Home
Three generations enjoyed this beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped home. The property is gorgeous and the home has lots of children's equipment and toys. The owners are extremely responsive which is a change from other VRBOs. If you have a large group and want to be a bit outside of downtown Williamsburg, I would highly recommend this wonderful house.

Excellent location and beautiful home
Stayed here with family for over 2 weeks. The house is very clean and one of the best we have stayed at for over 16 years of vrbo travel. Lots of kitchen tools, utensils, plates, etc. Wifi worked well to do work remotely. The location is perfect - about 10 miles to Colonial Williamsburg while yorktown, jamestown, and busch gardens are all about 15-30 min away. note: the house is by the train tracks and there are trains that run through out the day and night. You can really tell the owners take care of the place. Pictures and listing is accurate. shampoo, soap, etc is provided which is nice. Homemade brownies were made for our arrival was a very tasty surprise. We gathered cage free eggs pretty much every morning and had wonderful breakfasts. The owners were easy to get in contact with and were quite responsive. some feedback, but not a deal breaker at all - change master to king and add another night stand - upgrade quantity and quality of the bath towels - add a few more bathmats and towel racks all in all, the house provided a wonderful vacation. I highly recommend this place and if my travels take me to VA again, I will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a great vacation! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Four senior couples for a relaxing vacation!
We loved the property and the house. Small issue with one of the upstairs tub drainage first night, but we fixed it with hot water and plunger. Enjoyed the brownies and fresh chicken eggs.(nice extra)Loved the back porch! Overall enjoyable and visit to Old Town of Williamsburg! God Bless! Bill

This home is simply beautiful! I think it's the best VRBO we have ever rented. The house was very clean, beds were all comfortable, wonderful porches and the layout is great. We didn't have children with us, but they have play areas and dress up clothes for the children to enjoy. We were invited to collect fresh eggs from the chickens, delicious! This home worked great for our group and we will definitely book it again whenever we return to Williamsburg!

Wonderful home for Williamsburg visit!
Our friend group traveled to Williamsburg for a weekend golf trip and very much enjoyed our short stay here. The tucked-away house is well appointed and gave us all plenty of space and privacy, with our own separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The outdoor covered patio off the dining room is the star of the home (although the gas BBQ could be beefed up for grilling purposes!). There is ample parking in the driveway, bookended by lovely front and back yard space. Also great for families, with cute add-on spaces for kids throughout the house and a jungle gym off the driveway. There are railroad tracks nearby, so the occasional train does add a bit of outdoor noise. We found it to be a charming touch! The house is an easy 15-minute drive from the heart of Williamsburg. Hosts provided excellent check-in/check-out instructions and were communicative during our visit. Would definitely consider coming back in the future!

Booked this home for a 10 person bachelorette party. Was pleasantly surprised by the overall cleanliness of the house as well as the open concept and floor space. Also happily surprised by the fact that no one had to share a bed despite previously thinking we would need to! Owners were incredibly kind, receptive to messages and communicative. Great Property!
It was a great experience staying at the Campbell House! The location is very close to downtown Williamsburg, attractions and shopping. Having fresh farm eggs each morning was amazing, plus having the fresh brownies when we arrived was a very nice treat. If you have kids, it is the perfect place for them to explore and play. We strongly recommend this place to anyone needing to stay in the Williamsburg area!

Great house with convenient location near Busch Gardens
Plenty of space for our family of 9 to spread out and everyone have a bed. The house is even lovelier in person than the pictures show. The back covered porch with fans was a favorite of the adults and picking fresh eggs and having chickens roam around the property was a favorite of the kids. There are plenty of stores near by (Harris Teeter, Walmart, etc) and about 20 min from Colonial Williamsburg or Busch Gardens. Check in was smooth, easy and rapid communication with the owners, and an easy stay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend for big groups.

The house is simply amazing. It looks like the pictures, only the reality is better because you can’t picture how comfortable, cozy and yet spacious the house is. They’ve taken such good care of the home. It is clean and welcoming, and has the things you need to enjoy it. The back patio with coffee was one of our favorite times of day. That and visiting the adorable chickens! The hosts are so friendly and helpful, and generous. The plate of fresh brownies was appreciated by all. Wedding Celebration for a friend
The property was perfect. We all had our own rooms with our own on suites. The layout lends itself to gatherings whether in the open concept kitchen/dining area or the amazing back porch. We loved the back porch and spent much of our time there chatting and relaxing and sipping some great wine. We are talking about a fall trip back to the area. Hope it will be available once we find some dates that work for all us. The brownies were delish and were a big hit. Since I was the first to arrive someone assumed I made then. I made sure the hosts received the credit. The little things are the big things that made our stay so perfect.

We were traveling with a large group of 13, ages 6-70. The house was big enough to accommodate and spacious so we were not on top of each other. We were there for Thanksgiving and the kitchen was large enough and equipped, for a few of us to cook a full Thanksgiving spread. The host (Jennifer) was wonderful. She had fresh brownies waiting on our crew. She came by mid stay for a trash pick up and was as nice as the come. The property location is great as you are in close proximity to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. We even went to VA Beach one day. Book if you are traveling to the area, you will not regret it!

October Week in Williamsburg
This is a very spacious house. It was set up perfectly for each of us to have our own bedroom-connected bathroom (en suite) too! We needed three such suites, and there are at least four in the house, nicely spaced. There’s also terrific outdoor space on a back deck, with ample furniture. It’s just a super property. New/clean/well-decorated. It’s on the edge of town, which we loved. Lots of trees/fields/sky, but immediate access to main roads. Only 15-20min from Colonial Williamsburg.

Amazing Experience
What a way to start a perfect wedding weekend. This home was a perfect way to get ready for my daughter’s wedding. We had plenty of room for everyone to get ready the morning of the wedding, along with ample room for 4 bridesmaids plus the bride to have hair and makeup done. From when we arrived to this beautiful home, it felt like home, the cleanliness, well stocked from coffee to all the condiments, with a fresh batch of brownies -that were delicious. Bathrooms were equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, no need to bring your own! We spent a lot of time on the beautiful deck/porch, so peaceful and relaxing, not to mention the chickens and the fresh eggs that the owner shared with us. The owners were extremely nice and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful home to all who are interested. Thank you Jennifer and Gary for sharing your beautiful home, we will have many great memories.
