The building is definitely dated and needs some upgrades. Especially in the bed department. We were in the King Suite thinking it would be an upgraded or at lease decently comfortable bed, however it felt like we were sleeping on a broken boxspring. It had the softness of the floor (to the point, we debated on buying a memory foam topper for the remainder of our stay but did not want to have to haul it back home so we did not). One elevator was out of service but they had that resolved by the second day of our stay. Breakfast was satisfying - much better than other 'free with stay' hotels in the area. Staff was incredibly nice and very professional. Would not stay again only because of the discomfort of the bed.

Out room #136 did not smell fresh. We bought Febreze to spray on linens, towels, and around the room. At check in we were not recognized as Honors members. Though the breakfast hosts were so very nice, the breakfast items were lacking. Also, there is no light by the rear door outside. We have stayed here before but will not return to this hotel.

The staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The employees had everything we needed and kept it fully stocked. The only bad thing was the bed was a little uncomfortable.

Mom & daughter weekend stay very good!
My 8yo and I stayed over a holiday weekend recently, and it was a wonderful stay! The beds were pretty comfortable, the room was very clean, it smelled nice, there were noise reducing ceilings so we didnt hear anything except the occasional toilet flush sound, the shower was nice, the breakfast included was very busy and tasty, offering quite a bit of options including belgin waffle bar and freshly made options. It was close to many restaurants and downtown Williamsburg. We appreciated the desk area since she had schoolwork to do. The pool itself was a little chilly, but the room was very warm so it did not stop the kids from swimming!
