After cancelling our stay at another area hotel for being not satisfied with the cleanliness, this hotel was a breath of fresh air. The rooms are up to date, everything is clean, and the staff was great! 10 out 10 would stay again and recommend to others!

A good place to stay (but not to eat breakfast)
This is a very nice hotel — up to date and clean, with comfortable beds and the conveniences of mini fridge and microwave in each room. The only negative was the breakfast (the eggs seemed to be from a box and the other offerings provided little protein and lots of sugar).

Excellent place to stay. Fast and easy check-in, very clean, staff was personable and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked. Very close to Busch Gardens as well as many wonderful restaurants. Would highly recommend.

The staff was very kind and pleasant. Always had a response to my questions. The hotel was conveniently located to the places I needed to go. The only drawback that I saw was the morning breakfast. It was not warm at all the best part of the breakfast was the pancakes.

The $80.00 charge at the beginning of the stay is absolutely ridiculous. I know it is suppose to be refunded once you check out but if I had gone in there with only enough money for my room it would have definitely been a problem. I have never had any hotel go over $50.00.

The room itself was clean. All juices, creamers, oatmeal was incredibly watered down. Apple, cranberry, orange AND the coffee mate creamer which was in a standard pump container from somewhere similar to Sam’s club was almost translucent. Not white like it should have been and seemed really watered down like the juices and other items. Gross. The facility itself was fine. And no one was hardly at the front desk on several instances but they were nice enough when they showed up.
