Clean and welcoming

Like most HIE, room was clean, modern and welcoming. Breakfast included. One hitch: you can’t leave bags with housekeeping to explore Williamsburg once you check out. Otherwise, great!

Excellent hôtel!

Great hotel very clean, looks new, extremely comfortable bed and pillows! Had coffee maker and fridge. Bathroom with bathtub. Highly recommend, quiet, convenient, great staff. Would come again.

From the kind staff at the front desk, to the well stocked, super clean and attractive room it was an amazing stay. Breakfast was very well done. It was so tasty and plentiful. The staff were cleaning and filling the buffet the entire time I was there eating. The cost of the room was very reasonable as well. Location of the hotel was perfect for our trip. It was a wonderful experience overall.

Clean room, toilet didn’t flush upon arrival but was fixed promptly and staff was wonderful. Just a one night stay for a Busch gardens trip but would definitely stay again. Very close to the park.
