Nice family get away
Family trip so we had a two bedroom suite. Very happy with set up of the room, as it provided plenty of space for us to have our own area. Room was clean, furniture was comfortable and in good shape. Pool, breakfast area, and outside sitting area was very nice. Only complaint I noticed was walls were pretty thin and the hallways could have used a vacuum. Staff was excellent. Overall was very happy with this stay.

absolutely perfect
excellent hotel. Everyone was wonderful and the room is nice and roomy, breakfast was good, and the surrounding area is great. Bedroom has a ceiling fan, which we always love with this chain of hotels. Stacy was wonderful, made us feel special.

Family Trip to Williamsburg
Enjoyed spending time with my family in Williamsburg. The room was just the right size and quite accommodating. The only feedback It had a strange smell in the hallway. We first thought it was someone cooking, but the smell lingered during our entire stay. Not the most pleasant odor. Otherwise, it was a great trip!

The Hotel appearance was very nice when we arrived. We had the 2 bedroom and it was spacious. We had an issue with the ac leaking and they took care of it right away. We asked for extra blankets and received them right away also.My grandchildren and I went to swim in the pool and the chemicals were not right. The pool was cloudy and our eyes were burning by the time we returned to the room. (we are avid swimmers.) I will say the breakfast people overall tanked the visit as far as the staff went. They were very rude. We had a couple things run empty by 8 am and then at 9 am they ran out of coffee in both regular pots, It took them 25 minutes to bring it back out. I would stay here again. Just some things to keep in mind

We tried to check in early but our room wasn't ready which was completely fine. The lady at the front desk gave us recommendations for food and quick things to see. We were able to check in around 240pm. The gentleman that checked us in was wonderful. The manager was readily and available helping his staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and we were close to everything.

Quiet area but the rooms need to be taken better care of. The fold out sofa bed was extremely painful to lay on, especially for someone with back injuries. The mattress also needed a good cleaning/replacement, the shower needed to be replaced, the carpeting should be replaced in the room. I stood in because it was coming apart in certain areas, and it could easily be blamed on somebody which would have them lose their incidentals. The pool appeared to have too many chemicals because it was not clear, you could not even see the bottom of the pool. I grew up understanding that the name Hilton stood for upper class and a five star reputation .my family and I were disappointed with this location. Also, Expedia does not give the option for the veteran discount or disabled veteran discount, I wish I would’ve known that earlier and contacted the Hilton hotel directly, but trying to find a room in short time is difficult.

nice room for the money. clean and spacious suite. stayed three nights and never received maid service. that was the only down side. weight room had good options including a Peloton bike. We did not use the pool so i cannot comment on that.
