I did not get my total amount i was charged receipt. The jet tub did not work. Coffee and pesrsonal hygiene was not enough for 2 ppl. The breakfast was redicoulis...time wise didn't specify weekends...lucky we got a bit at 8am when we got there at 7 was nothing.

Never changed to four different rooms in one stay. First room heat didnt work. Second room heat worked but when i left out and came back couldnt get in..battery was dying. Third room no heat, tv didnt work and fire alarm battery was dying. Went to the desk and the young lady dropped her head and said whats wrong now. Last room was ok but heat didnt work til wee houra of the morning.

Staff didn’t communicate wifi password, phones were not working or where breakfast would be. 1. Room fridge was broken had walk down stairs to be moved to another room. 2nd room microwave was missing 1 leg and only chair in room had a broken leg! We ate dinner on bed and went to sleep. Next morning I went downstairs to tell them all the issues and I got a I’m sorry night shift never tells guest that information and we have updated everything except our furniture. I would not recommend or be returning to this hotel.

We booked this hotel on three criteria: 1.) Close to Busch Gardens. 2.) Indoor pool for the kids. 3.) Continental breakfast Well, the pool heater was broken, the breakfast was disgusting, but at least we got to Busch Gardens... When we expressed disappointment about the pool we were responded to with "that's why it's listed as seasonal." Really?? Your INDOOR pool is listed as seasonal because your heater regularly breaks in the winter?!?! Completely unacceptable....

Great Stay but the Front Desk Rep 🤔
Everything was excellent with the exception of the front desk representative. The representative never greeted me and my guests, she sat down the entire time while checking us in and it took her almost 30 minutes to complete the process. I had to stop her from swiping my card an additional time when there was a problem with the computer.
