I loved my experience at Parkside. The front desk staff and Concierge are very professional, helpful, and courteous. The condos are equipped with all of conveniences of home. Housekeeping staff were very helpful and efficient. A great property overall.

Enjoyed my stay. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful during every interaction. Rooms were pretty clean aside from random hairs from previous guests. Just wish restaurant options were closer.

On the positive side the check in was great. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. We felt welcomed and special. The condo itself is nice with a full kitchen and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer and ceiling fans and TVs in bedrooms. The bed was comfortable. On the down side, (I admit to being picky), the condo could have been a little cleaner. There was dirty water in the toilet and the bathroom felt like it could have been cleaner. We wanted to sit on the balcony but it hadn't been cleaned in awhile nor had the outside hallways and stairways. (Blow them off once or twice a week and take a broom and sweep away cobwebs) There was only one trash bag for the kitchen but otherwise the kitchen was clean. The pool was not open either. It was totally drained. I don't know how long it was like that but it was only first week of Sept and was still warm. These are minor issues but lead to an overall feeling that property is not upkept. Having said all this, the property is nice and if the price was good I would give it another chance.

It is a little home away from home. Two bedrooms with a master suite, did not expect that. Lovely little spot. The balcony I owned to the trees and a gold course so it was pretty quiet and enjoyable. Full kitchen and I mean full. Stackable washer and dryer, tvs in every room and a fireplace in the living room for those colder months. Absolutely was in love with the place.

Our family of 5 now needs a little more space than a typical hotel room so we opted for this as some friends have a time share here and recommended. The people that worked there were super nice and they didn’t push time share presentation on you. The condo was spacious, stylish, comfortable, very clean and well stocked. We stayed here due to close proximity to Busch gardens and water country, but unexpected surprise was the nice pool area with slide that my kids loved to come back to and eat dinner at after a long day at the parks. We enjoyed Parkside and would return.

Great Place for Families

Great place to stay! It was clean and the amenities made it very comfortable. Plus, it was very close to Busch Gardens and Downtown Williamsburg. Our kids loved the pool and used it everyday.

Family vacation

Parkside Resort is a great place to stay. The ladies at registration are very nice and helpful. We stayed in a two bedroom condo which was nicely decorated and comfortable. Your own little home away from home. The grounds are beautiful and the pool looks like fun. Wished I got to enjoy it. The batteries in the front door died and we couldn't get in the second day, but maintenance was quick to fix the problem. We would definitely stay again.

Overall the rooms look clean and I like the kitchen with full utensils. There were some ants and spiders here and there in the rooms and my kids are not happy about that. Rooms need deep cleaning. The key card was not working a couple of times during our stay and have to wait outside in the heat for maintenance to come and open the door for us which is so annoying

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Property easy to access, with great amenities and parking. Very clean, comfortable, and great for a family vacation.
