It was convenient and the pricing was within budget. The room was clean and well taken care of. The cleaner fragrance was a bit overpowering when first entering, but it was fine after a few minutes with the AC fan.

Pleasant surprise
Extremely surprised!! I was prepared for a basic one-night road trip motel but this place was great. Updated well equipped rooms, nice bathroom with toiletries, and a solid breakfast. The next time we stay overnight for Busch Gardens, I’ll definitely book here.

I booked a smoke free room and the moment my family and I stepped into the room my children said the room smelled like cigarettes. One of our beds smelled like pee and had stains on the linen. The room was also infested with flies. This is the worst hotel we have ever been in.

It was ok for a quick 1 night stay, just a place to sleep.. staff was friendly enough, place seemed clean.. door to bathroom did not close, did not get to use the pool, it was closed, breakfast was what you'd expect, not a lot nothing fancy, but enough to fill your belly

I picked this hotels because it was 8 minutes from bush gardens and water country usa. It was clean and very quiet. All tho it was alot of spider webs every where we had a great time.

Frugal but met my needs
Good for the price. Sketchy occupants, but not reflective of the motel. TV and TV service was excellent. Room was adequate. Needed some updates to the bathroom, especially the shower curtain and tub.
