The Vacation Village Resort is a quiet, open, and friendly environment where you can relax, travel to nearby attractions and/or be able to enjoy a peaceful nights given the quietness of this location. However, my stay had significant flaws. First, there was a rodent with the walls of my unit and the issue was never checked out even after multiple times I expressed my concern to the staff. I also did not appreciate the leftover clothes and hair all over the essential areas. No one should have to see hairs in the tub, showers, sinks, and/or facets upon entering their stay short or long term, Overall, the staff are friendly and the community is great for families or if you just want to have peace after a stressful week its a good book. I would have given it more stars had the issues I had during my stay had been addressed.

A time share property that is very inexpensive in the winter, when we usually visit Williamsburg. The registration ask only once if we’re interested in buying , and if we say no thank you, we don’t hear or see another word about it. Very roomy and great for families with kids that need a separate bedroom.

Family Christmas Vacay
I booked a two room with a full kitchen to host my lady and our kids for Christmas. The check-in process was fast and easy, and the registration area was very nice. We were given keys and parking passes for multiple vehicles. We had booked a first floor unit and it was clean and ready when we arrived. We enjoyed the open floor plan with an adjoining kitchen, dining area, and loving room. We couldn't start the fireplace, which would have really put the Christmas ambience over the top. But we didn't call the desk to ask how so no issues on that. We used the full kitchen to prepare dinners and breakfasts using some of our utensils and dining ware but mostly their cooking gear. The property provides sufficient cooking tools and dining gear for most regular meals, and you probably only need your own things for special dishes and foods. The television and Internet worked fine in all rooms. The beds were clean and comfortable. The shower was nice and the jetted tub was quite the treat for my lady. The master bedroom mattress could probably use a replacement as it sagged a bit in the middle, but again a very light issue. I took a look outside and saw immediate access to a grilling area and trash dumpster. We stayed two days and had a great family Christmas vacation. A representative even used his cart to direct two of my daughters to the unit in the dark hours. I would consider another holiday stay in the future but I would probably increase the number of rooms and the number of days
