Staff is super nice and place is clean. Units were dated. Pipes in our building were VERY loud - toilets would make a scream like sound for over a minute when you flush them and neighbors flushing is loud enough to wake you up at night. I suspect they reserve these outdated and noisy units for people reserving through Expedia and save the nicer units for their timeshare owners. That said, staff is great, the pool is awesome. Lots of stuff for kids to do and prices are reasonable.

Very easy and fast check in process. All the staff were kind and helpful. Our unit was clean and very comfortable and contained all the basic utensils and cookware that we needed. I loved having the ability to access a washer and dryer even though it was shared with the adjoining unit. When we arrived there was a slight issue with the tv cable system. I think there was a town wide cable power outage . Our system was not functioning initially and we were advised to unplug the tv and modem Once it was replugged it worked perfectly fine. The location of the property was perfect. It was quiet and very close to all the attractions. I would definitely consider returning here on our next visit.

Convenient to Busch Gardens and Jamestown. We received a good deal from Expedia. They appear to be timeshares that are rents out. We had the two bedroom with a balcony. Clean, you share a washer and dryer with neighbor.

Really enjoyed the spaciousness for the family, especially compared to a hotel suite, but the building was old and we were kept up at night by the sound of creaking footsteps by the guests upstairs above us. The walls were thin also and we heard a lot of commotion Saturday night from nearby guests.
