We really enjoyed our trip and especially the vacation Village ! Our rooms are ready when we arrive We took advantage of the pool, gym room, the Jacuzzi was 100 degrees everyday !!

The properties are older as anyone could tell. The inside of the unit however was very clean and a good value. Any questions we had were answered and although the stove top unit did not work, we reported it for the next renters and just ate out......which we planned to do when we realized there was no oven. Would definitely go back there again.....so close to so many things!

NO- Don't stay here. I wish I'd read the reviews prior to staying. There were a few bugs in the 1 bedroom apartment and I can look away from that on a ground level apartment. BUT- what really bothered me and quite frankly scared me was when I returned to the room on night 3 of a 3 night stay and found my room door open. I know I pulled it shut - I always double check these thing. And it just didn't feel right. If you've stayed here, you know there are 3 secure doors. The door to my room just couldn't blow open or come undone unless someone with key access opened it. I called the front desk to ask if housekeeping stopped by but the dirty towels and garbage were still there. They said no and offered to leave message with management and security. Luckily all my belongings were there. (Front desk did ask if anything was missing...) Then after a few minutes, the front desk called me back and moved me to another room- with unlocked windows and an unlocked patio door. I stayed for 1 hour and left after I read a review from 4 months ago when someone was burglarized while sleeping. NOPE, NO THANK YOU. I'm out and will be disputing this charge.Sad this is our environment today.

The jacuzzi tub in the master bath was a pleasant surprise. After walking around Busch Gardens literally all day that jacuzzi tub made staying here well worth it. I loved the spaciousness the apartment and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Williamsburg next.

Our stay was very good. Very clean and we had all that we needed, in other words, it was well furnished. Pillows were not to our liking so we suggest you bring your own. Very nice surroundings and staff was helpful. We would stay again.

The grill outside the unit had a lot of trash on top of it. Also there was a hole in the bathroom in the master bedroom. But my overall stay was pretty good.
