This place has gone downhill. I usually stay here when I'm driving south, but our room was gross. The fan was broken in the room. I mean, theoretically it worked, but it made a horrible noise. There was dried blood on the bedding and curtains. One thing that was always great in the past was the free breakfast. That seems to be over. There was nothing hot (eggs, sausage). There was some bread and a toaster and cereal and a shared gallon of milk. Pass. I think this was our last stay. Staff is very helpful and professional.

Property is going downhill, with major leaking in the first floor hallway near the meeting room. Elevator area smells bad. I saw a mouse near the elevator on the first floor, north end. An attractive building in a very convenient location. Good breakfast, and the room was satisfactory. Ownership needs to spend serious money for upgrades.

Always try to stay here when we go to Busch. Great place, wonderful staff. Breakfast is lacking, but fine. Clean rooms and great showers.

Overall not the worst place I have ever stayed. However, the pictures listed for this property are not accurate, it definitely did not look the same. It appeared to be under renovation, no signs indicating this, so kind of confusing. Not the best smelling, not a lot of snacks out in the main reception area. The room was okay, but the shower door wouldn’t even stay closed so water got everywhere. The complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and soap they provide for you are enough for a premie baby, so bring your own products for sure. Other than that it was mediocre, probably will not stay there again.

This hotel was below par. I asked for a room as high as possible. When we stepped into the room on the 7th floor, we were appalled. This room looked worse than the cheapest motel room I've ever seen. We asked and got a room on the 5th floor. It looked decent with more furniture, at least a couch, a coffee table and a desk table. A TV on top of a dresser. The air conditioner worked fine. The microwave had an error code and did not work. I asked for a replacement which never arrived. There was a small coffee machine with one serving of coffee plus one decaf. I booked a King room for 2 people. The first time I've seen a bar of soap, so small, that I thought it was for a doll house. The body wash was also in mini bottles which was not enough for 2 adults to use for 3 nights. There was no room service, so we ran out before day one was done. Two mornings, the complimentary breakfast was nothing more than cereal, mini doughnuts, apples, coffee and a choice of juices. On Saturday morning, when more people had checked in, there was suddenly scrambled eggs, not bad, sausages, not bad either, pancakes which looked and tasted like a cardboard disk. There was also an attempt of shredded potatoes. At some point during our stay, the hallway was filling up with large boxes containing furniture and new bathroom vanities. It turned out that our floor had become a construction zone. I must mention that this hotel is improving their rooms. They'll probably look better in the future. Bigger soap?

This property is in complete chaos and disrepair. The adjoining rooms I requested were not provided, there was no hot water in either room for nearly 24 hours after arrival, and staff refused to provide alternate accommodations. Both sinks were clogged and stood full of water. Shower was missing a "shield" and water was all over bathroom floor in both rooms, creating conditions for a fall. Piles of sodden towels not removed from room where we had to clean up the water from the bathroom floors after multiple requests. Discarded mattresses and furniture all over the grounds made it feel like we were at the city dump. Broken glass in the parking lot and trash everywhere. Pool/hot tub being demolished or something, not sure. The entire property was filthy including elevators and hallways. The breakfast was also unacceptable for a Wyndham property- no muffins, no yogurt, not even decent cups for coffee. We will NEVER stay at this property again.

I was disappointed in this property. I searched for property with pools, gyms, pet friendly to find a place near where I was attending a wedding. The pool is Empty and apparently under construction. The place thinks it’s acceptable to charge $35 PER NIGHT for a pet to stay. I wish I had not prepaid via Expedia for the room. I didn’t get informed of the PER NIGHT pet fee until I was at the counter, checking in. Numerous times I had to close doors leading in and out that were propped open. The gym is on the second floor and there was one dim light in the small room. Not enough to light the room The 2nd floor Reeks. There is a very bad smell …. All through the hallway. It’s bad. Like sour food. Our room on the 4th floor smelled sour but not like bad food, stale. The day front desk person was so nice and friendly. The one favorable thing about this location. I do not recommend this location to stay. The price is too high for what they actually offer. What you see in the pics and Expedia description is false.
