Really liked the staff’s hospitality. They were all very welcoming and responsive, especially Kyle, who went out of his way to help us with a few things. You don’t have enough covers on your beds. Maybe for summer, but you need at least another blanket on them. The long hallway up from the parking lot isn’t the most convenient, but I guess it can’t be helped. The Christmas decorations were truly beautiful. Very festive and taste.

I stayed at the Genetti for a week while visiting family. The room, internet service (was able to work remotely on laptop), and breakfast were great. Staff was friendly and helpful, if I had any questions. I would stay there again!!

This is an older inner city hotel. It has the charm and grace of the past. It is a bit warn in places but it was quiet comfortable and affordable. The brezkfast is amazing. Real food cooked at their restaurant

Love the 100 year old feel of the hotel. It has been updated, but still has the old feel. Loved that dining and free breakfast were available!! Highly recommend!! Went to an event next door, so loved the close access as I am handicapped!!
