Not quite satisfied for the price we paid
I booked 3 rooms to be at least on the same floor, instead when we got there it was like we did not have a reservation at all. The clerk was scrambling to find us rooms, all in different floors, she was new and checkin took so much longer, she was not pleasant and told us nothing about hotel policy, we were there 3 nights and our room was not made once, we had to make our own beds, she could have told us that this is something you have to request, when I enquired about it on our last day she said I should have read the key envelope but by then we were checking out. One of our rooms the tv did not work it was late the next day when someone finally came to fix it. One of our friends has a severe disability, there was nothing available for handicaps. I understand the hotel is pet friendly but unfortunately the room next door had a small dog I believe it barked and cried the whole time it was difficult to fall asleep. We waited every morning for the eggs and other things to be replenished, we did not have orange juice the whole time it was out of order for the whole 4 breakfasts, you had to request coffee pouches for our room at the reception counter and was given 1 pouch at a time and we were 2 who drank coffee. Whenever we enquired about something we were told to contact the 3rd party because that is who we booked with. It was a very sad stay, everyone seemed so miserable. I’m sorry I am not a complainer it took a lot for me to actually write this, but you need to kno

Nice hotel!
Great hotel, comfy beds, great breakfast, friendly staff. The only complaint was that the tub was squeaky and you can hear it throughout the room. I also wish they had a seating area, like a sofa. For the money they charge they could have had at least a bench.
