Directly on US-7. Small, quiet, comfortable property. Breakfast at the diner about a 1-minute walk away is wonderful.

The model is very well maintained and clean, heating was adequate with thermostat in the room so we can control our own heating. There was no microwave in breakfast area and no eggs, the breakfast space was very limited. Overall a good motel for 1 or 2 nights stay.

The property is very nice and well maintained. There is an outdoor picnic area and glider-swings. The staff was excellent, the rooms were very clean. The only complaint I have is the cost of the room. I read other reviews stating the price they paid for the room & my cost was almost triple that cost. Decent rooms are harder to come by in that area so you take what you get based on your criteria but I would’ve never paid that price having known what the other guests paid!

Nice motel. Room was on the small size but very clean and neat. We were able to check in early to make it to an afternoon wedding. Small playground and adult double swing—nice touch. Bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt for breakfast.

We were very pleased with our experience at The Villager Motel. The facility was very clean, the water in the shower was hot, and the bed was comfortable. The staff we dealt with were courteous and helpful. I believe the facility had been recently remodeled. The only downside we experienced was difficulty getting a signal on our cell phones.

Room was clean and and in good shape. Looked like recent renovation. Private and quiet away from town. Continental breakfact had great selection. Not walkable. No info in room about how to use TV, WiFi or where to go to eat. Surprised to find there were freight trains running right behind motel although not often. Very nice overall.

Check-in clerk was very friendly and fast. Room was big and looked like a renovation was done...very nice. Bed was HUGE!! Parking was great and just off HWY 7. Downtown ADAMS (MA) was just a few miles down the road with shopping and restaurants. Very quiet area. If management is planning on renovating the outside appearance, this would be a gem! Would stay again.
