Our room was dirty when we moved in and they never cleaned it, despite our requests. Hotel was very understaffed. It was so bad that we left early and moved to another hotel.

Booked because of the price. Clean bed. Happy for that. The photos have a pool and breakfast. Both were non existent. Pool has been closed for ever according to staff. No plan to open. First few photos were the pool. False advertising. For the price I did not need the extras but sad when looking forward to a swim.

For the price it is what it is. My room didn’t have heat, the exhausts were hanging out of the roof in the bathroom. Lots of rif raff in and out.

Hotel was disgusting. Stayed 2 days and trash was overflowing by all the doors and not taken out till the morning of our departure. Filled the jacuzzi and all kinds of filth and junk came out of the jets. After we checked in we were told we would be charged an additional 4.95 a night if we booked our room online (which we did). When we asked the front desk clerk what it was for she said she didn't know. Pool was shutdown. Fridge froze all our food and drinks so we had to eat out. We had to get our keys reset each day and we were told it was our fault because we kept it in our wallets next to our debit card!!! Breakfast was horrible. Mainly muffins and yukky watered down coffee. Our doors on the far end of the building did not lock so anyone could enter (and they did all night)

This place was dirty. There was left over garbage in the room. The carpets were lifting from the walls. The locks were broke. Genuinely was afraid for my family. There were ants in the bathroom. The shower was actually clean but the shower ceiling looked like it was going to fall down. The halls were so dirty. There were stains on the top blanket. I had to wash everything when we switched hotels. It was also very very noisy. I feared for my safety at this hotel and I do not recommend going to this hotel. Can’t comment on the pool. I stayed there for a few hours and left. Packed my family and left. I give it to the staff for being friendly and smiling the entire time when I checked in and checked out but never will I stay here again. Sad I wasted money on this.
