The staff at front desk was very unprofessional. Stay away from this hotel, I was charged for the room and didn’t even get to spend the night there because the person at the front desk was having a bad day and refused to provide service….. Stay away from this please…..I booked with Expedia but they WILL NOT HELP YOU on getting your money back or getting you a different hotel.

Clean Comfortable hotel. No real complaints. Walls are a little thin and there’s no elevator to higher levels so if you can’t do stairs, probably not a great option. Would stay here again.

The $50 extra charge for damages. I wasn't expecting that at all because your site stated the cost was 175.00 and then they added on the charge at the site and it has nowhere in our description that we would have got charged the extra 50 unless you need to pay for extra benefit..like having a pet, any of the other items that were listed. It was a very sad deal because we were trying to stay there while my mother-in-law had surgery to give her a ride home the next day.
