The instructions were getting in were not available until just before we needed to get in. We actually waited in the lobby for a while. Communication came from two or three different sources not just Hotels.com. In the maze of all my emails it was hard to find. Otherwise, a very good stay

Signage for Laundry.

The building has its own unique charm and is centrally located. Accessing our unit was very simple and stress-free and the place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the property wasn’t the easiest, I couldn’t for the life of me find a number to reach anyone and when I finally did online it took forever to get back to me. Also there was no signage for the laundry room. One sign would be very helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Nice historical experience,......

Well I think 3 towels for a whole week is a bit of a stretch. The place is cool because of its history but that is about it.... if you are traveling and limited for body soap, and just like to come back to a room that has been cleaned a little or at least have fresh towels. For the 180.00 bucks a night that is a little tough. Long Beach is great and nice to stay but for that price just stay at a local Hilton or something else and get some of the services for that price.

Fantastic! it is located within walking distance to many restaurants and most attractions in downtown, very unique and clean small studios, it was nice to have a full kitchen if you like to cook, their rates are fair.

I was truly impressed by the convenience I experienced in terms of having the access codes in my phone SMS and not having to wait for anyone. I fell in love with the unit as I opened the door. It was immaculately clean. Loved it. Loved how everything was well thought of, even the tilting Smart TV with services like Netflix and more. Many thanks!

Very easy self-check in with electronic door codes

Loved the privacy that their self check in offers but also how easy is to access everything with the electronic codes that the property provides via email. I was able to access the Building, the Apartment and the Laundry with my electronic codes without any issues. The best part is the full kitchen with regular size appliances and that everything was super clean with a very comfortable bed. Surprisingly the property looks so much better in person, it is a historic building full of character that used to be a hotel back in the days, now it is a mixed residential and short term rentals. Parking can be challenging in the area, but if you follow their instructions provided on the check in web page, you will be able to find a garage about 2 blocks away that only charges $12 a day.
