No frozen drinks! What? Parking charge is outrageous. Should be free parking. Got a cheeseburger takeout and it was greasy and burnt. The fries had pieces of black char mixed in. I threw it way. Hotel was very noisy. Kids running in the halls t all hours.

Found many hairs all over the room, in the bed, in the towel, on the nightstand and shower. Plus, the staff when I checked in was really rude. She did not let me know where the elevators where, she did not mention anything about the wifi. And the staff during the night were also very rude.

Lovely property for a quick stay in Wilmington! Love that the rooms have a fridge and microwave and it’s set up like a little apartment. The staff was so kind and helpful as well. Would definitely stay here again

Quick get away weekend
Great location... easy walk to downtown, right on river, views of the city, river and battleship. Rooms are good, not great. They don't say I just spent a lot of money to stay here. They were comfortable, air conditioning worked well, quit, and safe. My only real nit is the signage for the elevators isn't super clear that one of the elevators is only for the roof top bar after hours. It's a small fixable nit. Other nit is parking is good, but you have to down a floor on an elevator, cross the lobby area then take another bank of elevators to your rooms. Small issue, not enough to really worry about.

Setting was nice. Didn't like paying $22/nt. for parking nor the stairs & handrails to parking, which were rusty and nasty. No recognition for being a Hilton Diamond for Life member. No channel guide for the TV. Microwave placed in difficult place to access. Hospitality Hour snacks were very poor-cheese cubes, crackers, peanut butter, potato chips & pretzels. Definitely not worth $300 /nt.

We enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Riverfront but there was an issue. The elevators were extremely slow. One elevator only went to the roof top bar as long as the bar was open, so it only left 2 elevators which had long waits due to the amount of people there. Besides that, everything was great.
