The waiting area was welcoming and modern. The rooms were nicely updated and ample fresh linens were provided. The only downside, continental breakfast was lacking.

There were only 2 wash cloths in the room. The phone did not work. When I asked front desk for wash cloths, he was very rude. I told him its 4 people in the room with only 2 wash cloths. He then gave me 2 wash cloths. The pork food is mixed with the regular food.

I didn't like the plexiglass behind the service desk. It wasn't welcoming when I stay in a hotel I want it to be welcoming and the continental breakfast or the breakfast serviced very well. It wasn't about the service. They are just wasn't enough choices. I wouldn't recommend this again.

The beds and tv are old, carpets seemed dirty, pool was extremely chlorinated and our eyes became very irritated inspite not swimming. Our daughter who swam was irritated quite a bit. Extra pool and room towels were not available. Getting pancakes from machine for breakfast was a very long process with machine frequently stopping

Love
Pool had a lot of chlorine so couldn’t really enjoy it but a beautiful pool and hot tub nonetheless . Great full hot breakfast, gym and conveniently located right across from a pizza place and Texas Roadhouse across highway. Great price as well. Very refreshing experience after having to deal with the worst at another hotel close by.

This property was a disappointment from the checking right to departure.. checking in we were met with Giovani at the front desk who was what seem to be on a personal call while he whispered and murmured on the phone for 20min making us just stand there… jus occasionally glancing at us. Then there were no towels in our room we called and was told that at 6pm there’s no one to bring towels to us we would have to come to the front desk. The hotel valet carts were a struggle as the tires are flat. During mid day into evening there’s bunches of wet towels outside of rooms on the floor along with garbage bags full of room garbages. The second day our room was cleaned however again no towels we were told that they are washing the towels and we may get some later.. then the last day there our room was not cleaned. Checking out at 6am getting up at 5am putting on the lights to see two cockroaches run out from under the bed!!! I’m extremely disappointed and have been to many best western plus this place was disgusting and didn’t meet even a one star.

The area was clean, room was clean. The fan in the heating unit in the room needs repair makes loud noise on start up. Friendly staff and a great breakfast.

It's ok for the price
I really liked that hotel had a pool and hot tub. After busy day it was very nice to relax in the bobbling water. I stayed in two different rooms and in both faucet had issues, in one toiled was leaking. They need to update their plumbing accessories throughout the building.
