We chose a double tree for a reliable experience. The bed had low spots from too much wear. The conditio er and body wash were empty in the shower. There was absolutely no iformation in the room about wifi, breakfast, in hotel restaurant or surriunding area. Not our typical Double Tree expreience. I was disappointed.

We arrived late, after 9:30 pm. The check in was quick. The room looked clean, except for the fact that there was a dead bug (fly) on one of the beds. We were in room 726. I thought the price of the room was slightly higher than I would have liked to pay. I’m also a Hilton Honors member, and I don’t think they linked this room to my account.
