We chose a double tree for a reliable experience. The bed had low spots from too much wear. The conditio er and body wash were empty in the shower. There was absolutely no iformation in the room about wifi, breakfast, in hotel restaurant or surriunding area. Not our typical Double Tree expreience. I was disappointed.

The room is nice and clean. I like the bed and pillows. Someone forgot to put the Trash bags in the trash bins. Not a big deal, I just placed it in 😃 Overall I like this property.

The first day I had breakfast at the hotel, the guy at the restaurant asked me for my room number and brought me a bill, which I paid with my card. Then they told me that breakfast was free. I wanted to claim my money back and they never gave it back me. The guy at the front desk took copy of the payment receipt to get my money back.

The elevators seemed ancient and scared me everytime I used them. I also woke up to no water in my room with a note slid in my door that said no water & sorry! No comps, no discount! They offered me a water! Absolutely Horrible couldn’t shower or brush my teeth before leaving! 0 stars!
