1st room we had no air conditioner did not work in room they sent maintenance up but he couldn’t fix it was offered another room and that room TV did not work and worst thing that top the stay was I was giving my autistic son a bath and there was no cold water so what I thought was like warm water was scolding hot and when he got in he was screaming when I tried the bathroom sink water it was the same only hot water thank goodness he is ok and only put his feet in first we will never stay again and for what we paid in price was ridiculous for how our stay was

After spending $500 for two nights.. no breakfast included.. I expected a little more. Granted, I had no knowledge of the area but its intimidating seeing zombies walking around outside all day and night. I have stayed at sheraton hotels before and this one was definitely not the best. The one thing I will say is, the hotel is totally locked down which I like. You cannot access elevators without your room key, and you cannot park in parking deck without a pass!
