Unfortunately we were not offered the two bedroom apartment we had booked, instead we were offered a one bed apartment with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was very hard and not suitable for two people, not even children. We requested a partial refund for this and were assured we were entitled to one but this has not been received. The property itself was beautiful, everything worked and communication with the host was excellent. Its just a shame that this all now feels like a charade. I see from previous reviews that this is not a one-off.
Stayed 1 night in Feb 2025
