Brilliant place
Stayed with a friend in twin bed room. Was comfortable and clean with friendly staff and excellent choice at breakfast. Would absolutely return and highly recommend this lively B&B

The room was really lovely, light, plenty of room, with a nice ensuite. We were greeted with a cold drink and the breakfast the next morning was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again. The location is perfect being in between, you can go to either part of the village easily. Parking availability is a bonus.

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed hands down! Everyone was so so friendly and the room was so clean and cozy. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the lady serving was so sweet. I had an early train on the day I checked out, and I was so sad I couldn’t have breakfast that day! I will think about the Rum Doodle every day until I can go back and stay again. The most special place!

Lovely place to find.
I’d rather tell the hotel the bad stuff. Bath was awesome. Shower too. Furniture looked good. Breakfast in our room was outstanding. I’d like mayo with breaky also but i could have asked. So no points deducted. Bed comfy. Four poster bed a nice touch. Most paint and fixtures nice. I would recommend. Xxx lovely owners.

The entire neighborhood was straight out of a fairytale. Room was beautifully furnished and spotless. Luxury sheets, comfy bed, fluffy pillows. Choices for breakfast were amazing and delicious! Highly recommend.

We loved our 2 night stay at Rum Doodle! Our room was beautifully decorated, bed and pillows very comfy and we particularly appreciated the small touches (Flannels, robes, wine on arrival, breakfast service on the room).. Service was impeccable, breakfast beautiful, location quiet and near enough to the Lakes. Our best room yet in Windermere, we'll definitely come back!
