Windham Mountain Ski Lodge and slopes is across the road from our complex. There is no need to drive and park there. Save time waiting in traffic to get in and out of the ski area. Short Walk to Magic Carpet that takes you up to the lodge.

Sleeps maximum of 7-8 people:
In master bedroom upstairs is a King size bed with full bathroom .
In second bedroom downstairs , two twin beds( can be put together to make it a king)and a full size bunk bed with full bathroom. Also, a small futon (can fit 2 small kids or 1 adult) in living room.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and full size appliances and dining area with table for 6 and counter seating for 3.
In the living room, there is a Modular sofa with 2 recliners. 50" Flat Screen TV with Google TV and HDMI inputs, DVD player, Hi speed Internet/WiFi, Stereo/CD.
A new VIZIO 40" Class D-Series FHD LED Smart TV in master bedroom with a DVD player.

There is a Brand New Washer/Dryer in downstairs bathroom.

Enjoy the fully Enclosed Pool and Hot Tub across the parking lot from our unit.
Parking for 2 cars. No Smoking. No Pets. It is a short drive to the town of Windham with restaurants, banks, places of worship and stores. Also nearby is a Winter Park for snow tubing and numerous hiking trails at nearby Windham Path .

Great location, lovely owner, accommodations were not luxurious but more than adequate. We had a problem with the TV /cable connection and the owners spent a lot Of time calling the cable company to assist us. I would recommend this place

Convenient stay
Our stay was great. My children enjoyed being close to the slopes and access to the indoor pool. The host was welcoming and sweet and even had snacks, hot chocolate and water for us. The house was as listed and we had a pleasant stay.

Janet and Michael were great hosts from start to finish! Place was only a short walk to the mountain and close to the indoor hot tub for a quick soak after a day on the slopes!

Janet and Michael are great. The condo was stocked with all the essentials and Michael even met us at the property to discuss everything we would need to know for a comfortable stay. It is walking distance to the lifts and was perfect for a long weekend.

Great summer rental for family
I highly recommend janet’s condo. It was perfect for my family: clean, spacious, everything you need to cook, quiet... I had an awesome stay with my 3 boys. The pool was opened 9 am-9 pm, steps away from our door! We did lots of very nice hikes Around and enjoyed other activities (30min to an hour away) like kayak, zoo, Catskills train, pony ride, Hudson River cruise... Janet was an awesome host, very responsive and thoughtful.

Great Condo with everything your family needs
Janet and Michael have a lovely place that is a short walk to the mountain. Their home is comfortable, clean and functionally equipped. Janet is readily responsive and was helpful with any questions we had. My son has multiple severe food allergies so we often book rentals with kitchens so I can prepare meals and control for contamination. Michael thoughtfully bought new pans, cutting boards and cooking utensils for us to use! We enjoyed the proximity to the mountain but also the cozy fireplace and the yard where our kids sled/played in the snow. We did not have an opportunity to use the indoor pool which their property is just steps away from but it looks fab. I’d highly recommend staying here and we may again soon. Thanks Janet and Michael!

Windham Condo
This place was perfect for my family. I love how close to the mountain we were but with all the comforts of home. The hill for sledding in the back was a nice surprise. The owners were great at communicating with us and we were welcomed by lots of thoughtful treats including hot water for cocoa/tea, heat already turned up and information at the ready. We will definitely be back again!

There is plenty of Space for our family of 6. We Loved the closeness to the mountain. Rooms are spacious . Limited tv channels and no Wii if but we were ok.
