Grate staff, property was nice and clean the only downside was the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours from the hallways next door and from upstairs. If your in a room facing the street at night you can hear the truck traffic heading towards the boarder

New hotel so fairy clean and modern. Bedroom was cozy but could hear everything through the walls so not a great night sleep. Staff was friendly but it was busy and took a while to check in and there no where to sit to eat in morning. Breakfast and dinner wasn’t very good or hot.

The hotel is still new and has some bugs to work out. The pool has a high amount of clorine which makes it hard to spend time in it because the clorine smell in the air is over whelming. The breakfast food was cold. The heating eliments were either not working or not connect correctly. The conatiner with oatmeal was very cold and made it uneatable. I had asked for a room with a tub and yet the plug for the tub would not allow the water to collect in the tub and it drained out. When I put a cup over the plug to allow the water to collect, the water pressure was so poor that by the time there was enough water in the tub it was cold and in fact when I gave up and tried to take a shower the water never got hot. Very disappointing

Upon check in, there was styrofoam pieces on the floor of our room. We were unable to adjust the thermostat because it was locked, we eventually figured that out. Then later in the evening we ordered something from room service and didn’t receive it. Upon going down to ask about it, they forgot about the order. We did eventually receive it
