With it on the Main Street the traffic noise is quite loud if you are on the street side. Beautiful hotel. Clean and friendly staff.

대부분 만족했습니다. 몇가지 단점도 있습니다. 신규 호텔이라 시설도 오래되지 않았고, 건물도 신식입니다. 수영장, 운동시설도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 주차공간도 여유가 있습니다. 다만 주말에 단체 손님이 있을 때는 자리가 부족하기도 했습니다. 방청소 할 때 바닦청소는 하지 않습니다. 저같은 장기 숙박객은 불편할 수 있습니다. 침대한 쪽이 꺼짐현상이 있어서 잠잘 때 살짝 불편한 점이 있었습니다. 그리고 먼지가 조금 있습니다. 주말에 단체 손님이 있을 때 밤 늦게까지 복도는 시끄럽습니다. 아이들이 뛰어놀고 술에 취한 부모들의 소음이 있을 수 있습니다. 호텔에서는 통제하지 않습니다. 대부분의 직원들은 친절하고 상냥합니다. 다만 친절하지 않다고 느낀 직원이 한명 있었습니다. 그한명을 제외 하고는 모두 친절했습니다. 전체적으로 만족하는 호텔입니다.

We picked this hotel coming across from the States. My wife and I stayed at a Hyatt in Montreal and were very impressed. So we made our decision to book a room from that experience and we weren’t disappointed. New facility and clean, friendly helpful staff and the accessibility room was like a suite. Very impressive. The breakfast served in the morning, was lovely with variety. Never used the pool or the workout room but I did check it out. Very impressive as well. I would high recommend this hotel.

We had a fabulous stay and will definitely be back. They’ve hit the mark on everything; clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, great breakfast, great pool! We also had dinner here and were very happy with everything.

This brand new hotel was nice but I complained that we booked this hotel due to its EV charge station. We got there on January 9th and the receptionist mentioned to us that the charging station had not yet been installed. She said sorry. The next morning I mentioned again our frustration and the comment was they will probably install them in March. Really not impressed, it would have been good that on the web site it mentioned that the EV stations were not in function. I would have stayed at a cheaper hotel with no station if I knew I had to go to Shell to charge. I was surprised that they did not even offer to give us a drink or a rebate on our night.

Amazing hotel, best one in Windsor. The staff is so friendly, the food was yummy, the rooms were clean, and there was a nice pool to enjoy as well.

Breakfast was one of the worst we’ve had when staying at different hotels. It was cold and we threw it away. The heavy lids for the eggs, bacon and French toast were difficult to deal with. And the pans/containers were warm at best.

I booked this hotel based on th EV parking as advertised on Expedia. The hotel said they do not have EV parking and that Expedia was wrong. I wouldn't have booked because now I need to leave and get a charge somewhere else.

The customer service was AMAZING...the only issue was that there were ball teams that were running the halls at 2am and the walls are kind of thin. We also had a couple of dogs staying on our floor that had a few barking fits in the middlle of the night and early in the morning. I know that this is NOT the fault of the Hotel, but it definetly did impact our overall stay.
