I would have given this hotel 5 ⭐️ but the neighbouring hotel The Windsor holds events in an outdoor venue which run quite late. Where our hotel room was located, we could hear the music until midnight. Thank goodness our 2nd night was quiet and we were able to have a great long sleep prior to our 9.5 hour flight

The hotel's prime location, directly facing Windsor Castle, is unmatched. Room exhibit impeccable cleanliness and luxury, complete with heated towel racks and generous tea, coffee, and cookie offerings, while bus 703 provides seamless access with a nearby stop.

Breakfast layout was unsafe for consumption. Food was cold and was not being probed on a regular basis. Domestic heat trays were in use for keeping the food "hot" as opposed to commercial chafing dishes. Totally unacceptable if they want to avoid potential food poisoning outbreaks

Excellent stay in Windsor - recommended.
Very nice hotel, perfect location, and good value for money. Would stay here again. Caveats: (1) parking is very expensive (40 GBP), (2) kitchen stops serving [no room service] after 9.30pm, (3) cost for a pet on Hotels.com and at the front desk were different (15 GBP vs 20 GBP). The staff, however, were VERY helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The stay was great.
