Quiet building, rooms fairly sound proof, comfortable beds and bedding, good shower, no microwave in room but fridge had a small freezer, breakfast is a minimal effort by the hotel. Surprised to see a price list of items in the bathroom if you should steal or damage anything - for $20 dollars you can steal the $0.59 cent plastic soap dish in the bathroom. Business school thinking at its best.
