The space
This is a very Large character home that has been converted into 3 separate units. Though compact, this unit is the largest of the 3 and has a front and a rear access off the parking lot. The bedrooms which makes it perfect for work groups. This location however, is not recommended for families with young children.
Other things to note
This unit is spread out over the 2nd and 3rd floors of the house so stairs are a must. The house is downtown. This is a lower income neighborhood
