Everything about the hotelnis is great...except for the fact that if you don't book directly with the hotel or use Hotels.com like I did, breakfast is an additional charge. I can maybe understand why but I feel like Inpaid enough for them to give me breakfast, regardless of how I booked my room.

Rooms not clean, no longer offers free breakfast
Hotel stopped offering free breakfast unless you are best western member. The beds in our first room were filled with hair. Not one, stuck in between fibers, but 20 long hairs throughout the bed. Our second room had broken bar of soap crushed on floor and had a strong fragrance smell (to mask odour?), which gave me a headache. Will never go back to this location.

Clean newer hotel. The pool is dangerously too shallow where the slide is. My child hurt herself pretty bad coming down the slide. Need deeper water or warnings.

We were disappointed the hot tub does not open until noon. We had grandchildren using the water slide, but could not warm up as the hot tub was off and colder than the pool. Most guests want to use both in the morning before checking out at 11:00.

Our stay was short but sweet. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the gift bag welcome gift. Hot tub could've been warmer, but we still had a relaxing evening before the Christmas rush.
