It was a good stay. The waterslide is fast and fun. The baby pool was cold though. The temperature definitely needs to be raised in the baby pool. The water in the big pool felt warmer. Our room was at the very end of the hotel. They could’ve told us to park at the back of the building and the back entrance to get in. The room was clean, comfy bed. The pull out sofa was dirty from the last stay. No compensation was given for this issue. It was a decent stay, I will mostly likely be returning but will definitely check the room first before I accept it.

The room it self was fine and spacious. The main reason I chose this hotel was for the waterslide for the kids. Apparently the waterslide was out of order the whole time. Also it advertised as having laundry facilities but it did not. Ran out of clean clothes.

Once again the Staff were exceptional. My Waitress, (I didnt get her name, short blonde hair with black rimmed glasses), though very busy, did a remarkable job. She was friendly, pleasent and went out of her way to keep up with customers. It is most certain that the staff continue to be the reason I return and will continue to do so.

This place is in need of a face lift. The lights in our room didn't work, only 1 lamp was functioning. We went down to the Pool with our kids & there were absolutely no towels, hot tub was out of service. Water temp was very nice though in the main pool. Slide was fun, kids enjoyed that. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly but this place is just, old and is showing its age. Rooms are really outdated & the hallways consistently smelled like cannabis. Also, the curtains were so annoying, they didn't close completely, so there was always a small gap. Lights would shine through during the night from the parking lot.
