We had a bad experience with this property. They gave us a room that is super cold and when Maintenance called, he said that the heater is broken and is just fan. When I request to change room they cannot give us any so we just early check out at 11pm!!!

This place is becoming another victim of the "its good enough" motto, looks dirty dingey and the owners are only concerned with profits. As long as people are placed here for medical leaves then the owners will not care how it looks.

Room keys don’t work right at 11am
Room was great, location and restaurants are great. Only thing on checking out was the room keys expire or turn off at 11am. The elevator won’t work and we were stuck on the third floor, had to track down staff to get them to trigger the elevator doors. It was 11:05am. Very frustration when we have all our things including a 7 month old with stroller and hands full.

I appreciate that guest rooms are well laid out, with some unique features. However, I’m disappointed that there were some areas of this non-smoking building where active cigarette smoke and smoke from marijuana were present. It’s especially unfortunate as several of our family members were staying at this facility while in town for a family funeral. Very disappointing to not have a comfortable environment for rest and relaxation after a busy and emotional day.

First floor rooms are very dirty and smelly. Carpets are so gross. They need a good cleaning. Customer service was excellent about us moving to another room/floor.
