Buyer beware. The most terrifying
The bedsheets were not changed from previous resident.. got bed bugs..the monthly tenant was drunk all night and day.. yelling at both other tenants. He shut off heat in the middle of night, woke up freezing,which caused me to get sick. Very very dirty. Old food in fridge and food spill all over. Most hideous place ever. This place is not suitable for this site

Dirty and run down
It was dirty the bed had not been changed since last guest. Only stayed 1 of 2 nights i booked would like money back for 2nd night!

The location is a terrible neighborhood with abandoned houses, lots of drama in the streets, really dirty and some open drug use. The house is in poor condition with multiple rooms for rent so lots of coming and going. The only redeeming factor was the host who was a delightful and obviously hardworking person with a wonderful demeanor. Unforntunately though the place is a dump and the location is horrible. No way I would stay again.
