Parking was bad, had to park in an adjacent lot. It was raining while I carried my files and computer. I booked a regular business suite but got stuck with an "accessible room"... i prepaid for a regular room where I would not have to slip while taking a shower... no such luck.

Staff was great & hotel clean. Great location. Hotel needs upgrades - lighting in rooms & bathrooms is terrible. Toilets are old-fashioned low. Not a luxury hotel by any means but great location.

The hotel was in a great location for shopping, that was the deciding factor for us. The hotel room was nice, the pillows are awful. I went and bought myself a new pillow so I didn’t wake up again with a sore neck and back. It’s true about the guys doing donuts in the parking a lot adjacent to the hotel. It’s loud for sure. There isn’t enough parking spaces for all guests at the hotel, I had to park in a parking lot over that felt sketchy. I don’t feel that this hotel is worth the cost, there is only 3 hotels in the area close to ikea, they are definitely charging more because of this. The staff was the best thing at this hotel, they are very professional, helpful and met our needs with a roll away cot, which was surprisingly super comfortable.

A Great Stay
A nice hotel in a safe location with great staff. The room felt new and clean and the entire hotel including the pool was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a good price and the selection was what you would expect for a hotel buffet.

On Saturday night the parking lot for the outlet mall (immediately next to this property) became a hang out for approx. 30 cars to show off their stuff. They performed spin outs and were reving engines for over an hour after midnight.
