The staff/hotel tried to charge my card an extra $350 for something that should have been included in the already high price. I feel that it's some shady stuff happening at that hotel, and they are charging people extra and pocketing the money.

Worn Out Hotel!
This property is very run down! The door in the bathroom of my room was all scuffed up...I couldn't tell if the toilet was dirty or just old and stained. The plastic cups provided that are wrapped in plastic had holes in them and appeared to have been there a long time. The bathroom products appeared to have been used before - bottles not full. The air unit was so loud when running I had to continuously adjust the volume on the TV. For what I paid...horrible value. I will NEVER stay at a Holiday Inn Express again!

Horrible sound proofing.
The hotel is new, clean and beautiful. The only complaint I have is that we could hear the person in the room above us like he was in our room. He talked on the phone until 2AM and we could actually hear what he was saying in his conversation! Very long night with poor sleep.

Meh - choose another hotel.
The hotel had hard water and it showed. The tink and toilet had hard water calcified bad. No biggie but the hotel could use a good wipe down. The floor was crusty and sticky, the sink was slanted, the breakfast was ok. However down in the breakfast area, they had buckets to catch rain or a water leak. Unsure which, but the ceiling in that area was in BAD shape. It just felt dirty in the hotel overall. The people weren't very friendly either. I'd skip this one and find another hotel that's better.
