Sehr schöne Gegend, nah an Hamburg
Wenn alles fertig gebaut ist, ist es bestimmt eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Im Moment konnten wir leiden den Balkon nicht benutzen und die Kinder auf Grund der diversen Baumaterialien nicht frei und selbstständig draußen spielen alles

Aufenhalt in Scharbeck
- Aufenthaltsdauer: 2 Nächte mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern Unsrer Eindrücke der Ferienwohnung: Positiv: - die Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich - Parkmöglichkeiten direkt auf dem Grundstück - Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer ist freundlich und unkompliziert - Umgebung (außerhalb der Wohnung) sehr ruhig und ländlich schön gelegen Negativ: - der Herd in der Küche ist ohne Bedienungsanleitung nicht zu bedienen (liegt am Hersteller; konnten trotz Anleitung per YouTube auf dem Herd keine Speisen zubereiten) - die Wohnung scheint noch nicht vollständig renoviert zu sein (Kabel schaut aus der Wand ohne Lampe; eine Tür klemmt stark an der Zarge, etc.) - das Haus hat mehrere Wohnungen die alle noch renoviert bzw. instandgesetzt werden (die Bilder zeigen im Internet nicht, dass überall Baumaterialien bzw. Bauschutt/-reste um das Haus verteilt sind) - auch fanden am Wochenende noch Bauarbeiten im Haus bzw. in den Nachbarwohnungen statt, welche wir eher als störend empfundenen haben (der Besitzer über das Wochenende die anderen Wohnungen weiter aus, was aber auch durch kommende Mieter als störend empfunden werden kann) - auch ein Whirlpool wird lt. Anzeige angeboten (dieser ist leider nicht verfügbar lt. Vermieter) und wird auch nicht kommen (steht aber in der Anzeige im Internet) sehr schade, da es ein Grund war, dieses Ferienhaus zu mieten (macht Bestimmt auch preislich bei der Vermietung was aus!) - zum Zeitpunkt meiner Bewertung (07.06.2024) steht in der Anzeige „Whirlpool“ den
