An older property, but well maintained with comfortable clean rooms. Our room had an older bathroom that showed wear and tear. We were on the shopping center side of hotel and cars were doing burn outs in the empty parking lot! Indoor pool was clean, but unheated. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Good rates, friendly staff.

Beds had no box spring and were incredibly low to the floor. Sheets didn’t even fit on the bed. Bed was uncomfortable. There were no black out curtains - just a shade that let a lot of parking lot light in. Hotel was loud.

Very good value for the price, IMO. Including marble counter in bathroom, very clean, very nice breakfast selection (as best these restaurants can do, for the price)... including omelettes (not usually served at these types of hotels), and very courteous staff.

I stay at lots of hotels, some of which are very nice resorts. I’ve never met a staff as friendly as this staff. I don’t know all of the names but Blue, the person working next to him and the woman that worked in the breakfast area both mornings (9/28 and 9/29) were strikingly different (better) than other people in their positions. It was as if I was at a bed and breakfast. Please make sure they know they’re doing a wonderful job.

They are rude and lazy.
The first room of our 3 night stay started out ok. Here is what I noticed. The shower would not get hot. When I asked about it I was told to run the sink water cause the water heater was on other side. I Ran the water for over 5 minutes and still not hot. Then the curtain is so short the water leaks to the floor and you need extra towels to clean it up. The AC is set to a certain temperature and even if you lower the temp it will not get colder. Staff was rude and not helpful just on their phones or sitting around chatting. They moved us to our second room where the curtain again was to short. Water temp was great but the water faucets were falling offf. The AC had the same issue. I don’t think the small savings you might get is worth staying here. Stay downtown.

Room was spacious. Carpeting in hallways was buckling and needed to be replaced. Breakfast could have been a lot better. No fruit. Limited choices. Staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was every other day. That was a disappointment. It should have been everyday.
