The store was great but pricy. The restaurant were empty I didn’t go in. I wish they had room service then maybe I would have order from them. The carpet was clean once a week. The doors to garage was broken and some didn’t open. They also had snakes and lizards in pool area. I was scared for my kids on the floor.

The grove resort was nice. It was quiet and the pools/water park was awesome! There are no lifeguards which should be more advertised. The pool and water park was a far walk. Be ready!! But was nice. The staff did not explain well how to go to room, to the park, restaurant ect. There are no maps or how to get to anything on the resort. There are also no maids/room service. This means you’re on your own. Which sucks! When on vacation you don’t want to make your bed or clean. There should be at least an option to choose and you pay extra. They did come once to pick up trash per requested. They also didn’t say what the hotel offered like pool side service/room service to order. Then when asked no one said anything. I also called a week before to see if I can check in early. They said yes then when I got to hotel they made wait for hours. They didn’t even tell me when room was ready as I sat in hotel lobby and when asked they said yes. There was a poor lack of communication. I couldn’t even check out one hour late as they said they needed my room now! Which sucked as I had a late flight. The staff also did not speak much English. They also had little knowledge on what resort had/offer such as online it said spa and the staff said no spa they didn’t know what I was talking about. Such a shame. But it was close to store. Driving distance about 10/20 minutes. They also very close to Disney parks. They also offer shuttle buses to Disney. The rooms itself were great.

There was a 400 resort fee and the waterpark did not have enough chairs, so we had to sit on the sidewalk. The umbrellas at the waterpark were 75.00 a day. Other than this is was great

We had a two bedroom condo that was great! The place was clean and had wonderful amount of pots pans plates and cups. The only thing I wish it had was a baking tray for the oven. I’d stay here again as the pool and water park are a short walk and they are clean and amazing too. The game area is fun for the kids and a nice add on.

The 3 bed/2 bath condo was really spacious and great for families. Some household necessities were missing like scissors, some knives, blender cover etc. There weren’t enough bath towels for the amount of people in the condo and it took some time to actually reach anyone to request more (idk if it was expected to use the pool towels as bath towels). Some areas of the resort were small so many times you had to move aside for others to pass or a car had to go past first before another car could go in. The waterpark was great and so were the hotel pools. Children will definitely have fun! The resort was also about 30-40mins from the main Orlando attractions like Disney, SeaWorld, Universal etc, so if you don’t mind driving a bit you’ll be fine.

We stayed here in 2022 and were blown away. Coming back this time, there were noticeable wear and tear on facilities- doors not closing well, paint chips, elevator issues. Overall, the place is still great as a resort and the pool is great

Mold all over the room, dirty patio furniture, furniture falling apart, and dirty dishes. They do not include daily cleaning and when you call for assistance be prepared to wait on hold for maybe over an hour. I use to love this place but it has gone downhill. I will NEVER stay here again or ever advise anyone to stay here either. I want a refund!

The greater at the front door who manages the traffic was great. Very pleasant and helpful. Most of the staff were very nice even if they couldn’t help or understand what I needed due to language barriers (some didn’t speak English). I liked the dining options however I looked all over for the beverage in the pineapple as advertised and could not find it at any location. When I asked different staff members they would tell me to try another location. The rooms were very clean and so were the pool areas. I appreciated the text asking how our stay was as well.
