The apartment/room was very spacious and well equipped and comfortable. Great for big families. The best part of the breakfast was the mickey pancake! Nice pools and waterpark.

Book online was charged an extra 150 once you check in 25 per day parking 45 resort fee ( pool and other amenities) Go to hotels.com never mention on the website there was an additional fees when during the hurricane all the pools and other amenities were closed the two days that I stayed there so just like staying at a hotel with no pool and was still charged the resort fee, which is ridiculous because we didn’t enjoy no Amenities, including the pool was the main reason we went there

I booked a two bedroom but when we got there they upgraded us to a three bedroom. The service was great. The place was really clean. The staff were friendly. Check in and out was easy and fast. The water park was amazing and the surrounding was really clean. I will definitely be staying there again

We made reservations at the Grove which has multiple restaurants, a big pool and water park. However, when we went to check in they automatically moved us to the Terrace- a different area of the resort that is about a 15 minute walk to any of the hotels amenities. The lobby seemed unfinished and their pool bar was closed. I just wished it was more clear where our room would be. Otherwise, it was very clean and comfy in our room.

Terrible experience. Initial room had stains on the curtains, cracks in the furniture, a ceiling fan that didn't work and looked like it would fall down, smelled like smoke and was dirty. Then we were moved into a new room with no towels, no kitchen supplies and when asked for these things to be restocked was told it might be possible. Had to ask both housekeeping and the front desk multiple times just so we could cook our lunch. Overpriced, no staff, no accountability, no standards.
