There were no problems booking the stay. The elevator was not working so the inconvenience of having to go up the stairs with a lot of luggage wasn’t fun. We were woken up at 6 am with a loud noise. We thought it was the staff working on the elevator. We went for breakfast which was fine. We came back to our room to leave and the card wouldn’t work. It ended up being a broken lock. Some things just happen but when we left we didn’t have great customer service when asking about our stay. That was really disappointing.

It was average. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. No trash bags at all in the rooms. Smoke alarms beeping. Toilet paper is brutal. Elevator was broken, but was fixed very fast. It was within walking distance to outback steakhouse and other restaurants. Very close to Legoland. Wifi was good. Overall, pretty average experience. Not too bad. Not amazing.

Very nice hotel just not as friendly and comfortable as other Hilton properties. Breakfast was lacking a bit. When asked where potatoes were that were pictured, she said she doesn’t fix them everyday. Morning desk person wasn’t particularly friendly. Beds were ok- bathroom was well stocked and clean… my request for 1st floor was honored and convenient to lobby and parking.

Everything was nice, need to invest on new exhaust fan for the bathrooms it makes so much noise, my room I could not used it because I can’t even think, it so loud is scary. I could hear everyone fan when they used their exhaust fan in their bathrooms. I am sure someone already complained about this, but if this be taken care , we will be back 🙏👍
