The lady made us wait outside until 230 in the morning with my service dog didn’t tell us that there was a 50$ deposit for the room until after I signed the paper

We did not stay due to the extreme smell of the room. They tried to move us but the second room was just as bad. The customer service and front desk woman was extremely kind and helpful. I was grateful for her understanding.

The property was very clean and quiet. It is a little old but very well cared of. The bathtub was a bit stained. I hope it is replaced.

The front desk worker was very kind. The room I stayed in had some stains on the pillowcases, mold in the grout on the floor by the tub, and all the mirrors had chipping around the edges. It was probably nice at one time, but it could use some fixing up. It was a great price though. It worked fine as a place to lay my head.

Front office check in dude at the front was really weird and same for the guy picking up trash the Fireman and surrounding areas were terrible. The room was dirty no towels bathroom was dirty pool area was clean representatives at the front office didn’t help with nosy neighbors.

The staff were very polite however the facility was way below expectations. The room smelled strongly of mildew, bugs were crawling on the walls and the bathtub was dirty. I wish there were elevators as well but you get what you pay for. I checked out earlier due to my standards, and although there was a no refund policy, they did refund me for 1/3 nights I booked so that was kind of nice.
