PERFECT LOCATION
Condo is comfortable and walking distance to ski lifts and village shops and restaurants. Clean and spacious, a wonderful stay for our family during Christmas holiday. Family trip with 2 sons in college.

Founder's Point Winter Park
Location, location, location. Out the front door, cross the street, and you are at WP base. Close to shopping, restaurants, and the gondola. The condo balcony had great views of the huge hot tub, villiage, and mountain. The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo had large common area with kitchen, dining, and sitting. Well equipped kitchen. Three adults stayed at the condo, but one evening we hosted dinner for twelve. Would definitively stay there again.

Condo was fantastic! Clean, spacious for our family of 5, and close to village. Quiet at night, comfy beds and pillows. Love the modern, ski decor. Was a 3 minute walk to the gondola and red wagons located in village helped with carrying ski equipment back and forth. Rental company was responsive and helpful. Would stay here again!

The resort is a convenient and short walk (about a 5-7 minute walk to the Gemini lift). The management staff were proactive and easy to get in touch with. We found the condo to be comfortable and clean. We would stay here again.

Perfect Location and Great Management
The location of this unit is perfect for walking to the lifts and to the village shops/restaurants. Management did a great job of communicating up to and during our stay. My only suggestion is that you pay close attention to the parking garage instructions, prior to arrival. You have to purchase the QR code separate from the reservation and make sure you have a printed copy in your vehicle. Management communicated all of this really well, but I didn’t do a good job of reading and being prepared :). I’d absolutely book this unit again!
