I liked the room itself. The check in person and attending staff was mid, not very friendly or welcoming, but not altogether rude. It was a shame that there was no room on the bottom floor for me. I was traveling alone and had to drag my luggage upstairs. Nice hot tub and the room was stocked with goodies. I really appreciated that.

yes it was cheaper than other place - why? perhaps due to 1 wifi was terrible 2 PAY breakfast was NO available as seen in description 3 upstairs for handicapped IS NOT FUN 4 i hate mini bars 5 noisy bar in lobby - 6 no lit SIGNS identifying place 7 parking crowded

The room, staff and location were all perfect. Enjoying a drink by the fire and playing some games was a nice addition at the end of the evening. A guest found a lost dog and the staff went out of their way to find the owner and were even willing to take it home for the night to keep him safe. Definitely would stay here again.

All around great experience! The staff was so friendly and welcoming! Jack the manager, Mindy, the cook and the girl who was in the restaurant/bar early every morning were all so willing to help and always with a smile! They all went above and beyond! Mindy even helped us find the most beautiful walking path my husband and I have ever been on! So grateful to all the staff!

New and clean, minimal neighbor noise. Bed was comfortable. While the shower had great pressure and flow, the shower floor was slick and no grab bars or shower mat. I was shocked that there was a charge for using cash !!! to buy a coffee. Good value for the room, safe place, on the highway. Over all I was put off by Winter Park itself and its unabashed grasping for money with few interesting experiences and mediocre food.

Great place to stay and play
Fun hotel with a great restaurant, bar, and outdoor area. Room was perfect for families. Very nicely workout area and hot tubs. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely go again.

This is an old motel that has been transformed with some trendy furniture. The lobby and outdoor chill area are great. Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was fantastic (except it closes at 10). We did not have hot water during our stay. Also you hear lots of noise from the road out front.
