Unwind at this peaceful and secluded basecamp for all Grand County has to offer. Tucked in the forest next to a creek, this cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath Tabernash cabin offers a private hot tub and endless outdoor activities. Ski Winter Park or Granby Ranch, mountain bike the Phases, explore Devil's Thumb Ranch, Meadow Creek Reservoir, and the High Lonesome Trail. Afterward, look at the stars in the hot tub or read a book by the wood-burning stove.

Just 3 miles off US Highway 40, our cabin gets you out into nature while still being a short drive to all your mountain adventures. The only sounds you will hear are the snow falling in the winter or the creek rushing in the summer.

This 3-story home requires exterior or interior stairs to enter; the main level includes a queen bedroom and full bathroom. The top floor includes two bedrooms, one king bedroom and one bedroom with twin XL over queen bunk beds, and a full bathroom. The garage level has one garage parking spot, one covered car port, and a large mudroom/gear storage area. EV charger in garage with NACS/Tesla charging plug and J1772 adapter provided to cover most EVs. Additional driveway parking also available.

The outdoor space has a large deck with barbecue and private yard with a creek running through it.
