This 1 bedroom unit is on the 4th floor of the building and offers a cozy vacation rental experience and will sleep 4 providing ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes at Winter Park Resort.
The kitchen area has new cabinets with tiled counter-tops, tiled floors and new appliances and provides an open view of the main living room and has 2 seats at the counter. No air conditioning.
Taking in the incredible views of the skier's corridor out the large picture windows with the gas fireplace in sight, this unit is not about watching TV. The carpet is brand new throughout as of February 2019. The dining area is located adjacent to the living room and provides an easy escape out onto the private deck.
The Murphy bed is a comfortable Queen that can be stored away to enjoy more living space during the day.
The master bedroom has a Queen bed and access to the main bathroom. Other great amenities include private balcony and WI-FI make enjoying the day off the slopes easy.
Located one floor below the skier access in the D building of the Iron Horse Resort.
Please note: The Iron Horse property is located on the skier's corridor from Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park. All skiers will need to be an intermediate level or higher to access the ski-in/ski-out feature of the property. There is also 150 yards of a walk from the Iron Horse building to the ski trail.
All guests will need to display the parking pass from the unit in their car to prevent towing – this rule is strictly enforced at the property.

Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The entire Iron Horse property is a non smoking property - no smoking allowed on the property grounds - fines will be enforced for violation of this rule.
