The good, bad and ugly
The price was good, the cleanliness was good, room was acceptable (nothing fancy but clean, quiet and comfortable. Biggest issue was office staff and policies. Couldn't check in early even though it was empty (not even check in without going to room.) Ckeck in was 4-6 pm!! The advertised breakfast was only served from 9-11 am. .totally unacceptable for people traveling!

There was no pool or hot tub, although they are advertised. The soda vending was not operational either. Definitely not worth $200/night. I was very dissatisfied.

Staff was great but the property is old, not clean, no pool, outlets in room didn’t work by beds, and the carpet hasn’t been changed since the 90’s it looks like.

All front staff should treat customers like this!
Nice location and relatively close to town - we ate at Pizza place within walking distance - older woman at desk was extremely kind and accommodating with their inability to provide us a room with a cot for our group. Only downside was breakfast started st 9 pm and they literally ran out of everything and their was few people to feed

Don't prepay, information posted for all to see!
Chose not to stay at the hotel in my prepaid ($215) a night room. I was in the area for a friend's wedding. I drove to the property to let them know I would not be staying in my room, because I had other lodging close to the wedding in Mazama (15 miles away). Even after this discussion, the hotel texted me that they placed an envelope on the hotel office exterior door, with my name, room number and door code. I called when I got the message, and they informed me that no one was still at the property to remove. I could not leave that note for anyone to find. I had to drive down to get the envelope. I tried to look at the room, and the room door lock code did not work. I took a video of the code not working for pictures. I called the night service again, and they gave me another code to enter the room. The room was clean, but smelled like bleach. Glad I had another option for the night.

Lovely stay!
It was such a lovely experience. The look from the outside is not that exciting but the inside was nicely redone, carefully taken care of, and it was just simply lovely and charming. The only thing was, it says breakfast was included but the breakfast was not being seen anywhere at 8am - don’t know what happened. However, there are several nice cafe in town so it wasn’t a big deal.

This would have been nice in the 1980-90’s but not for now. The room was clean, but hardly any outlets worked. Holes in walls and dirty ceiling. We went to get more coffee pods and creamer for our room in the morning and there was one creamer left out.
