Reconnect with Nature on this 257ha Trust for Nature covenanted property only minutes to Lake Nagambie and renowned local wineries.
Contains significant areas of remnant Box-Ironbark forest and magnificent stands of Grey Grasstrees, the property is adjacent to the Heathcote-Graytown National Park.
The house is extremely thermally efficient, making it comfortable living all year round. Most modern conveniences including Microwave, gas hotplates and oven. Slow-combustion wood heater keeps the house warm in winter while fans may occasionally be required in summer.
For the nature lovers there are walking trails that enable you to explore the property for a chance to see some of the abundant wildlife. Kangaroos and Emus are common and over 170 species of indigenous birds have been recorded. Nature based tours are available upon request.
