Things to Know
Guests do have access to the shared hot tub right outside vacation villas condo ‘C’ (this is the next building over). It is recommended to drive over to the complex although it is less than .5 miles apart. The hot tub is only open during the summer months. Guests may also enjoy free access to the wave pool. This is located behind the Chula Vista complex. It is also recommended to drive to the main entrance of the Chula Vista hotel where there is free parking.
Guests cannot access the shared amenities the resort offers without the additional purchase of Chula Vista waterpark wristbands. This includes a spa pool, water slides, a common hot tub, a kids pool, and pools. Guests can only purchase these wristbands directly by accessing Chula Vista's website. Condos are priced accordingly to accommodate the lack of water passes.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
