Some real problems with this place, I have never been to a hotel or motel where there were no plastic cups provided for guest use. Is this a consequence of inflation, or an attempt to be green? Either way, we were not prepared for it. The other problem is that the breakfast provided was quite lacking. The waffle batter was minimal and it took a call to the front desk to get more.

As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, I could see this was not a clean hotel. After we checked in, we walked in through the side entrance. It reaked of garbage and the side doors dont lock, making it unsafe. The hotel room itself was dirty. There were stains on the blankets and the sheet. We asked them to replace them. They walked through the hallways with our sheets unfolded wrapped around their necks to come replace them. We couldnt stay here. We told them the tub was extremely dirty, but they didnt offer to clean it. The lamps were extremely dusty and there were small item on the floor, showing that this room hadnt been vacuumed. Do not stay here. Extremely unsanitary. Im not sure who the people are that are leaving review saying its clean. The building itself is apparently dirty.

North of the dells (3 min drive)
Good 2 night stay for the dells. Quiet location at the north end of the dells. Lots of food areas around. Driving distance to the dells. A refundable deposit was required at check-in (not stated when booking through hotels.com). Check-in was smooth. People were swimming in the in-door pool both evenings that we stayed. Hotel was clean with plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. AC was great! Don't walk barefoot in your hotel if you don't want dirty feet before sleeping. Overall, great stay for the price! Will stay again!

Paid $190 for a Saturday night room here. Checked in after a wedding and was ready for bed. The room conditions were filthy with visible feces on our bathroom wall. The carpet/floor were wet and the room smelled. We left within minutes, requested a refund, and scrambled to find a new room at almost 2 am.

we liked the easy in and out from parking lot to our room. we liked the easy walk to downtown dells for shopping and restaurants. staff was friendly and helpful. rooms were what we expected at a low rate, and breakfast was a nice bonus, I would stay again.

We picked this hotel for the hot tub. Hot tub didn’t work. There was no elevator, the room smelled TERRIBLE, the fridge froze everything we put in it, and there were nails sticking up through the carpet. None long enough to cause any real damage, but enough that it was uncomfortable to be barefoot in the room.
