Room was infested with bugs, pool and hot tub had to much chemicals ruined our swimwear, property smelled strongly of marijuana in the halls and in our room. Checked out a day early but was still charged for the next night even checking out before check out time. Overall a bad experience will not return

The room had broken corners and edges, bugs in the rooms, and the noise was insane! We could hear everything outside. I had requested a main floor room - I am not great with stairs but not wheelchair bound yet. We were put in the basement with stairs to get out of the building and stairs to get to the dining area.

They are charging 7 to 8 dollars per night service fee even you pay full payment in advance from Expedia and they do not provide any receipt for the transaction saying that it will be refunded back to you no refund was made the charges still on my account

We needed one night for sleeping purposes only and trust Super 8 & Wyndham but this location is in dire need of repair. After checking in & unpacking and settling in we found our TV damaged, someone had punched it. I reported the damage and was offered to move or wait for a TV in next half hour or longer. We went out and when we came back no TV arrived. Our door key card scanner was falling off the door, our neighbor's door was taped on. The kleenx box in the bathroom was unuseable as could not get any out. I better not be charged for the damaged TV and only got a sorry from the desk and said she nited it.
