You will enter the unit through a private entrance. This unit features a smart lock, and an individual door code will be sent to you one to two days before your check-in date. This code will be active during your entire stay.

If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.
