The room was clean and all the staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was good, it consisted of muffins, cereal, waffles, mostly just grab and go. The hotel all around was extremely nice.

Clean rooms, easy check in process. Located close to restaurants and grocery store. Clearly this property has been operating as a hotel for some time based on the rooms and lay out, but it is not run down.

Wonderful quaint inn with beautiful lobby and nicely furnished rooms. Friendly staff and convenient covered parking garage. Hotel is located in Wise, VA which is a very nice, clean college town walkable to numerous reataurants.

The staff was very friendly, very helpful. My room was very clean and well stocked. They housekeeping staff were great, very quick to fulfill any requests for extra towels, or replacing the coffee bar. Overall Great place to stay.

Enjoyed my stay, only complaint I have is that breakfast was lacking. Only offered waffles and some pastries. A better breakfast would have been nice. With this hotel being so very nice, breakfast was a big let down.

We like the Inn and it’s history but we stay because our kid is at school. The sheets are old and threadbare. The older rooms are definitely older - the newer ones are much nicer.

This is a beautiful inn, walkable to restaurants and other amenities. The staff were great and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was just basic. I woukd stay here again.
