The staff, especially Lucy, were really lovely & nothing was too much trouble. The room was well decorated, bathroom great, all so clean, very comfy & with tea & coffee making facilities, a fan & a hairdryer...we had everything we needed, but they provided irons & boards if needed too. Food was amazing, shame we didn't eat more there, the breakfast was great & a good selection for a small place. Would definitely stay again & recommend to anyone as a great ligation, near Witney, Oxford & Burford for many days out.

Amazing experience, Ellie in charge of Front of House has an amazingly accomplished approach, in fact for 17 year old she's outstanding. The place itself is brilliant, great food, comfortable well appointed room with amazing decor, will definitely stay here again.

I didn't even get to check in. I had a family emergency and my colleague had Covid. We both had to leave our deployment early and after telling the hotel they wouldn't issue any sort of refund as it was within 7 days of the booking. We booked 3 days before our stay which the hotel accepted. If I ever come back to Oxford for any reason I will not be staying here. Utterly disgusting
