I really loved the closeness and ease to public transportation using the P R Aleja Krakowska. For food options, would not recommend the restaurant in the hotel, too expensive menu for okay quality. For food, I would strongly recommend eating in the city at a Bar mleczny. I hated how there was no microwave or fridge since I could not store food or snacks properly. Breakfast was average. I loved the free airport shuttle, it was easy to get around.

Very, very bad smell in the room, AC nonfunctional and never sent anybody to fix it. I left and went to the Renaissance at the airport after three hours.

The lady receptionist was most helpful,friendly and courteous Breakfast bar very good: maybe not as many choices as in other Polish hotels but the food was fresh and very tasty Great re airport transport service However upon arriving at Chopin airport from a 20 hour long flight I had some trouble contacting them multiple times

Overall, if you need to stay a day or so, it’s okay. It’s close to the airport, but other than that I can’t recommend this hotel. The front desk staff is incompetent. I asked for an iron, no one brought it to me, so I had to go and find housekeeping myself to ask for an iron. Same day I asked what time is the check out. The lady said at 12pm but you can stay until 1pm (my shuttle bus was scheduled for 1:30pm). Next day at 12 pm housekeeping knocked on the door and was like “oh, I’m sorry, they said you left”. Like what??? So now I’m at the check out and the receptionist just randomly started talking russian to me. I said “excuse me?” And he was like “do you speak russian?” Why in the world? I don’t speak russian. I came to the front desk and IN ENGLISH said I’m checking out. No, I’m sorry, but I don’t recommend this hotel.
